The Tools

Psychotherapy:

As a Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Cromer provides depth oriented psychotherapy. This is “talk therapy” that is typically conducted by meeting weekly for sessions that are aimed at addressing mental health symptoms and increasing personal insight and self awareness.

Psychotherapy can help an individual become more empowered to live a fulfilling and meaning-filled life. It is a tool that can help an individual create deeper connections with oneself, with others – as well as  with the larger community and natural world.

Shadow work/Tarot:

Shadow work and psychotherapy have the same ultimate goal: making the unconscious – conscious. This means increasing awareness of hidden aspects of self so that healing and integration can be achieved. Tarot is fantastic tool for shadow work.
